Rabu, 1 November 2023, SMAN 1 Margasari mengadakan acara In House Training dengan tema Pembinaan Pegawai dan Perencanaan Berbasis Data. Acara ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan pengetahuan para pegawai sekolah dalam mengelola data dan merencanakan program-program pendidikan yang efektif.
Acara IHT ini akan diikuti oleh seluruh pegawai sekolah, termasuk guru, staf administrasi, dan tenaga kependidikan lainnya. Kami percaya bahwa pembinaan pegawai yang baik akan berdampak positif pada kualitas pendidikan yang diberikan kepada siswa.
Pada acara ini, para peserta akan mendapatkan materi-materi terkait pembinaan pegawai dan perencanaan berbasis data. Materi-materi tersebut akan disampaikan oleh narasumber yaitu, Kepala Cabang Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah XII Provinsi Jawa Tengah, Bapak Sukamto, S.Pd., M.M. dan Pengawas Bina Bapak Drs. Anies Suryawan, M.Si.
Perencanaan berbasis data menjadi sangat penting dalam pengambilan keputusan di sekolah. Dengan memiliki data yang akurat dan terpercaya, sekolah dapat merencanakan program pendidikan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Data-data ini juga akan membantu sekolah dalam melakukan evaluasi dan perbaikan terhadap program-program yang telah dilaksanakan.
Kami berharap acara In House Training ini dapat memberikan manfaat yang besar bagi para pegawai sekolah kami. Dengan meningkatnya kompetensi dan pengetahuan mereka dalam pembinaan pegawai dan perencanaan berbasis data, kami yakin sekolah kami akan semakin berkualitas dalam memberikan pendidikan yang terbaik bagi siswa-siswa kami.
